The Sales and Partner Director will drive company expansion in the ASEAN region, focusing on media and enterprise customers in Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and more. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy sales professional with a passion for driving business growth through innovative SaaS solutions. This quota-carrying role is based in Singapore and is ideal for a seasoned sales leader looking to leverage their skills in the online video sector.Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and execute a sales pipeline, tracking leads, prioritizing deals, and measuring progress.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, providing support and guidance on Brightcove\'s product and solution offerings.
  • Win new high-value partnerships by building strong relationships and successfully negotiating deals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard VAR and OEM partners to expand Brightcove\xe2\x80\x99s revenue and market share in APAC.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with business-unit leads across various industries.
  • Present and articulate compelling value propositions for the Brightcove platform.
  • Collaborate with virtual teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare territory plans, deal summaries, and contract overviews for internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a leading software or enterprise platform company, with a focus on media/enterprise/streaming SaaS platforms.
  • Strong ability to engage with C-suite executives, software developers, and IT architects.
  • Experience working with partners in SEA, India, and Australia is a plus.
  • Excellent product presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Domain expertise in ad-supported media/video use cases is preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of go-to-market models (sell with, sell to, sell through, co-branding, OEM).
  • Creative thinker with an ability to structure and frame deals innovatively.
  • Ability to assess and address client needs with new products and services.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role.
  • The role may require up to 25% domestic and international travel.
  • This is a remote position based in Singapore.
