Conceptualize, develop, and implement sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Identify, analyze, and follow up on sales opportunities and inquiries for the venue, providing professional event-related advice.
Manage, support, and service existing clients, including preparing necessary paperwork for venue booking and processing payments.
Conduct market and industry research to identify potential market segments and new business opportunities.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of sales, departmental, and budgetary reports.
Manage work plans for booking and sales services, monitor workflows and operations, and review and evaluate methods and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Team player with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in office software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of CRM and EBMS is an advantage.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales for a venue or related industries such as events and hospitality.
