Job Description


We are currently working with a leading interior design firm specialising in creating innovative and functional commercial and office space solutions to look for a Sales and Project Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales:
-Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and meet revenue targets.
-Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor design solutions effectively.
-Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with clients\' objectives and showcase the firm\'s capabilities.
-Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the firm.

Project Management:
-Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating their vision into actionable project plans.
-Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including concept development, design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and final delivery.
-Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
-Coordinate with internal design teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
-Regularly communicate project progress to clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
-Mitigate project risks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field
-Proven track record of successful business development and sales within the interior design or related industry.
-Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
-Adept at managing client relationships and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
