Objective:
We are looking for a Sales Application Engineer to service existing customers, drive new projects and business pipelines for FY22/23 growth.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for pre & post sales requirements of company\xe2\x80\x99s EMC/EMI products (preparing technical documents & commercial proposals)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Provides technical support to distributors and key account customer for problem solving and on-site testing
\xe2\x80\xa2 Provides trainings to distributors and customers to enhance their capabilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for design-in (spec-in) of company\xe2\x80\x99s products in the appointed territory and market segments, achieve yearly design-in targets
\xe2\x80\xa2 Lookout for opportunities to cross out competitor part
\xe2\x80\xa2 Submits design-in target and forecast, business reports, weekly visit reports and monthly project status reports
\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate EMC Application and On-site Measurement Services in line with the company strategy
\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains good relationship with both end-users, local distributors, external test laboratories and build customer loyalty through field visits
\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct effective customer visits to find new opportunities and initiate new project design-ins
\xe2\x80\xa2 Gather marketing information and local information to help the EMC sales and business development managers develop effective sales strategies and perfect the service system of the company
\xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve the design-in target and market penetration
\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of existing customers base and achieve development of new customers and target markets.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Effective use of CRM/CAS system to record key activities, including customer visit/call reports and opportunities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate and work well with internal departments, mainly R&D teams in Thailand, China and Switzerland HQ, for custom products request and coordination
\xe2\x80\xa2 Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
\xe2\x80\xa2 Position to be reporting directly to Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 ASEAN
\xe2\x80\xa2 Possess in-depth EMC knowledge and application, basic EMI problem solving capability \xe2\x80\xa2 Good EMI product knowledge, capabilities to recommend company\xe2\x80\x99s products to customers according to their requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/degree in engineering course (Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or Mechanical) \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years technical experience in the field of industrial products \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to operate common test equipment like voltage meter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, analyzer, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed in basic MS Office tools (eg. Word, Excel) and SAP (preferred) \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpersonal savvy \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English and Chinese language for handling English and Chinese speaking people \xe2\x80\xa2 Good follow up and consultative approach attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and resourceful \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates with EMC/EMI related knowledge are welcome to apply
