- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the pump industry
- Min 1-2 years of solution sales experience
- High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of pump technology and its varied applications across diverse industries.
- Develop new accounts and grow the market shares of existing customers.
- Identify, understand, and propose suitable solutions to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements.
- Engage with customers to assess their fluid handling challenges, such as pumping hazardous, corrosive, or high-temperature liquids, and provide technical advice on the most suitable pump solutions.
- Creating superb presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Visit customers at their workplace / office / construction site.
- Handle inspections and other site related matters.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
