Understand construction site safety documents (Risk Assessment & Method Statement)
Coordination with client as well as AutoCAD drafting, and QS works.
Quantity takes off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications.
Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimate, control, and budgeting
Assist in preparation of relevant documentation for drawing submission.
Prepare layout design.
Prepare system layout design. Draft single line and detailed drawings as per customer's requirements.
Job Requirements
Experience in AutoCAD is preferred. Knowledge in Electrical Diagrams will be an advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, M&E, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
