JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements; Assist with the presentation of window displays, promotional presentations, and sales programs as assigned.
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
Arranges organizes, and displays merchandise; ensures the neat and orderly appearance of sales display.
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Aid customers in locating merchandise.
Communicate customer requests to management; Response to inquiries in an informed and polite manner.
Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
Ensure security of all stocks; help to prevent damage and theft of merchandise, and preserve materials in sale-able condition.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Submit Monthly Sales and Inventory Reports.
