• Handle, prepare and follow up quotations, orders .
• Understand customer needs, work with client and supplier for solution.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers.
• Register leads generated in CRM promptly and accurately
• Work with team to prepare specifications, drawings and any related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
• Work with regional team to complete sales and project integration.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Other functions as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Business/Media Communication and related disciplines.
• Microsoft office and knowledge with networking and network topology.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Project or Sales Coordinator in the AV/IT industry or related field preferred
• Experience in similar role

Compensation:

• Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

• 13th month salary
