KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Lead and manage sales projects and inquiries from initial contact to closing the deal.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior sales staff, helping them meet performance goals.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Leadership qualities and experience supervising junior staff is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Willing to travel locally and regionally when necessary.
