Lead and supervise daily operations of the sales team, including setting targets,
monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base
and ensure strong market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals,
and participation in trade events.
Manage relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely
resolution of issues.
Prepare and review sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for
management review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to
ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
Train, motivate, and mentor junior sales executives to enhance product knowledge,
customer engagement skills, and overall team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory
requirements.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 2-4 years of proven sales experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory
or team leader role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment.
