Job Description

As the Sales Assistant Manager for the IHH SG Ambulatory Care Centres (ACCs), the appointee’s primary focus is on supporting the Commercial Lead (CL) in implementing the go-to-market strategy for IHH SG’s ACC business arm

Key accountabilities

• Work with Marketing team to deliver engagement and branding collaterals/ materials to promote ACC as a key service offering for IHH SG patients and clients;

• Create, deliver and track outcomes from community (B2C) engagement campaigns and corporate (B2B2C) marketing activities;

• Provide support to build commercial tie-ups and collaborations to further drive utilization for our products and services

• Provide support to manage B2B Partnerships relationship

This role reports directly to the Commercial Lead, Ambulatory Care Centre. Individuals are expected to be strong self-starters to drive / deliver outcomes on their own. The ideal candidate will be positive, collaborative, high learning agility and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. S/he will also be a compelling communicator and problem solver can derive insights from data, influence and drive results. You will be expected to work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and finance.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, business, accounting, finance, engineering)
• Min. 6 years of working experience
• Some experience in digital marketing preferred
• Event planning experience preferred
• Process improvement skillsets
• Knowledge in healthcare preferred
