About the Role:

We're on the lookout for energetic and customer-focused

Sales Assistants to join our Queenstown team on a fixed-term contract

to support us through our peak trade period.

(35 hours per week)

Monday (08:45 - 15:15)

Tuesday (08:45 - 17:15)

Friday (08:45 - 18:15)

Saturday (11:45 - 18:15)

Sunday (11:45 - 18:15)

This role is all about creating great experiences for our customers, offering expert advice, and helping keep our store looking its best during the busy season.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering excellent customer service and building strong rapport. Assisting customers with finding the right products for their adventures. Supporting with merchandising and keeping displays looking fresh and inviting. Helping with day-to-day store operations to keep everything running smoothly. Being a team player - always ready to step in and lend a hand.

What You'll Bring:

A friendly, approachable personality with great communication skills. Confidence in working with customers and a passion for service. A team-first attitude - happy to pitch in wherever needed. A genuine interest in the outdoors and willingness to learn about our gear.
