RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sales administrative duties including generating quotations, proposals & preparation of samples
• Liaise with the internal department for smooth sample processing and timely delivery
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer\'s inquiries are addressed in full
• Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum O level/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
• Strong communication skills, with excellent organizational, administrative & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with pressure & tight deadline
• Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
