Job Title: Shipping & Sales Support Executive

Our client, is actively engaging in various business fields including the trading of textiles, machinery, and construction materials, in addition to the manufacturing and sales of medicines, medical equipment, and energy saving products.

:
- Processing of customers and/or suppliers orders. Monitoring and tracking of orders and shipments - Review customer purchase order to ensure orders are correctly entered in SAP system including but not limited to Sales and Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders and Debit/Credit Notes- Prepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import and export regulations - Coordinating and handling of customer requirement and enquiries - Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery - In charge of the full spectrum of Import/Export shipping documentation based on L/C negotiations, invoicing, packing list, certificate of origin, customs/insurance certificates - Preparing payment instructions to accounts and monitor account receivable/payable for each customer - Order fulfilment task such as receiving, picking/packing and delivery of orders/samples - Maintenance of inventory stock accuracy through regular cycle counts - Compilation and filing of shipping documents for Audit compliance - Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years of related working experience.- Must know about import and export trading documentation.- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and SAP ERP system is advantageous- Good personality, independent and time management- Meticulous, responsible and able to work well in team

Compensation:
- Working Location: CBD- Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
