Job Description
Job Scope
- Provides good customer service and takes pride in fostering long-term relationships.
- Engage with customers, offering personalized shopping services either in-store or through our Concierge Shopping service.
- Accomodate the tastes and preferences of their clients and excels in curating looks for their clientele base.
- Shares brand and style information with their customers.
- Proactively communicate with their customer base via email or messages, providing previews of new styles, promotions, and exclusive customer events at the store.
- Ensures store cleanliness and organization on both the sales floor and back of the house.
- Assists media and stylist partners with loans during their visits to the store.
- Conducts monthly stock-takes and ensures accurate in-store stock management.
