Job Description
PRISM+ is hiring Part-time Sales Associates to promote PRISM+ products and deliver a memorable retail experience to all customers.Salary: $10/hour + Attractive Commission (can earn up to $30/hr with basic + commission!)
Work Location: CentralResponsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales target of the store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport and customer loyalty
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
- Responds positively to customer complaints
- Uses product promotions to drive sales
- Actively collects competitor information and communicates this upwards for appropriate decision making
- Take part in the training to obtain in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
- Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
- Report sales efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Proficient in English
- Willing to learn
- Creating a fun work environment
- Able to start immediately
- Attractive commissions will be awarded per item sold (can earn $30/hr with basic + commission)
- Free professional sales and product knowledge training will be provided
Part-time hours: 44 per weekSalary: $10.00 per hourSchedule:
