Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Associate (Retail)
- Working Location: Tai Seng/Rochor/Woodlands (Depending on assigned outlet)
- Working Hours: 5.5 - 6 days (11.00 am - 8.00 pm/10.30 am - 9.00 pm/11.00 am - 9.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus + Commission
- Duration: Permanent
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Comfortable with working on weekends, public holidays, and OT.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.
