The Job

• Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions and best-selling items.
• Stay up-to-date on our brands\' product knowledge to assist customers effectively with their needs.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store aligns with our brand guidelines and displays attract customers.
• Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing the units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV) and fostering repeat customers.
• Ensure store opening, closing, and sales transactions adhere to our brands\' standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Take proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and any items within the store at all times.
• Work directly with the inventory and merchandising team to conduct stock counts and receiving, ensuring floor inventory and stocks are accounted for with no losses.
• Act as the company representative by complying with brand standards.
