Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and research potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, industry exhibitions, and digital platforms. Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure alignment with the company's target market and strategic objectives. Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with accurate information.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client requirements, challenges, and applications to propose tailored solutions. Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight value propositions. Provide responsive and professional follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales Planning & Strategy

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support management decisions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and service) to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Business, Marketing

, or a related field.

Proven track record

in sales or business development, preferably in

machine tool, automation, or manufacturing sectors

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
