We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Business Development professional to promote our passive cooling and energy-saving materials (including coatings, films, and panels) across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, develop partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and develop clients in Singapore and other south-asia countries.
Lead project tenders, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Build partnerships with relevant parties, such as developers, and contractors.
Support technical teams with after-sales and customer feedback.
Participate in industry exhibitions (such as, BEX Asia, BuildTech Asia) and prepare marketing materials.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in construction, green building, or material technology).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiar with Singapore construction and tender processes.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to read Chinese documents will be considered an advantage.
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel regionally (average 1-2 trips per month).
Experience with Green Mark / SGBC projects is an advantage.
Proactive in exploring new markets and generating leads through suitable business resources and networks.
