Make an Impact by:

• To understand the commission scheme and seek clarification from the Sales Teams if details provided in approval paper are unclear or has missing information
• To ensure operation processes are completed within timeline and commissions are paid in accordance to commission schemes
• To verify, investigate, analyse root causes and resolve disputes / claims raised by Internal / External sales parties
• To liaise with Sales, Finance, Sales Partners and Other Support Teams in clarifying / processing sales claims
• To update and maintain all pay out records, master data files and perform regular backups
• To ensure proper documentation and housekeeping of operation processes & procedures
• To participate in UAT to support new / revised commission schemes or any other changes
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Industry Engineering/Data Analysis/Business and Process Engineering/IT or any relevant fields
• Proficient Ms Excel
• Proficient in Ms Word
• Meticulous
