Job Description
I am working with a Regional Life Insurer, we are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Sales Compliance & Financial Fraud to join the team. This role will be covering APAC regions from a Group/Regional office.
Scopes:
- Evaluate sales compliance and financial fraud risk management and other operational risk management in the APAC Business Units(BUs) and provide advice to mitigate it by suggesting adequate controls.
- Investigate persistency issues in the BUs from sales compliance perspective and propose risk mitigations solutions.
- Monitor BUs board and committee materials and highlight key findings relating to sales compliance, financial fraud, and operational risk.
- Report on sales compliance, financial fraud and operations risk matters in APAC region to quarterly risk committee.
- At least 10+ years of professional experience in the life insurance industry. Some experience in Asia countries agency compliance or operational audit in a life insurance company would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of agency compliance and bancassurance compliance issues. This includes knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
