Job Description

  • This position is responsible for securing sales of Singapore-made company vehicles through online/offline customer engagement via online sales portal. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and upholding the brand image of the company as the first carmaker in Singapore.

  • Center to lead paradigm shift in mobility value chain, spanning the entire lifecycle of vehicles.
  • The group will build a customer-centered smart mobility environment where products are tailored to customer needs and mobility services would enrich its customers' lives.

  • Provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on online sales booking platform and vehicle related information to customers in need.
  • Proactive to be the primary contact point for all customer interactions throughout their purchase experience.
  • High desire in pursuit of new sales with close follow-ups from online leads / walk-in opportunities / test drives through company's customer experience centre.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and customer service by meeting and exceeding individual KPI's.
  • Address customers' enquiries, concerns, feedbacks etc., both as a team and individual.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in retail sales/hospitality/customer service /airline industry will be an added advantage.
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License.
  • Strong interest in EV technology and agility at learning new products and features.
  • Able to work in rostered shift at showroom or outdoor events including weekends/public holidays.
  • Strong desire to establish a professional sales career in the fast growing green economy.
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service and experiences in a competitive environment.
