Roles & Responsibilities BMW Sales Consultant Reporting to the Sales Manager
Responsibilities

• To actively pursue sales leads and achieve sales targets as set by the Company
• To actively support the Company’s in-house businesses (Used car trade-in, Financing & Insurance)
• Establish rapport and maintain close relationships with customers, and handling any queries that might arise during the course of the sales process
• Be up to date on competitor product offerings and technologies to underline the strengths of BMW
• Carry out needs analysis and understand specific interests & preferences of the customers, providing suitable options and using showroom media available to assist in explanation
• To work closely with Sales Management, and to provide daily updates on sales and prospecting activities
• To be an ambassador of all things BMW and to enhance the customer experience in the showroom
• To be jointly responsible for the good upkeep of the showroom and related assets such as demo car fleet
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Leaders/Sales Managers/GM as required

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to be exciting, persuasive and enthusiasm to sell
• Problem solver, selfless and a good team player
• Prior experience in the automotive, airline, retail sales or service industry will be an added advantage
• Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand
• Highly motivated & result oriented individual with a firm dedication to achieving results
• A valid class 3 driving license
