The Sales Consultant is a 70% hunter, 30% farmer role which will be involved in the cultivating of new markets, clientele and industries to promote the company\'s products and services. This role will focus on the company\'s target clients in the assigned industry.
Adecco is collaborating with our Enterprise Solutions client who has more than 20 years of history. Our client is involved in providing their Communication Platform as\xc4\x91a\xc4\x91Service solutions.

With presence in over 10 regions, our client has over 250 multinational talents serving more than 3000 clients across 37 countries spanning 24 industries. They are now hiring for a Sales Consultants to penetrate and grow their targeted clientele in the market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating of new markets, clientele and industries to promote the company\'s products and services
    • Role is 70% hunter/30% farmer
  • Work aggressively to penetrate into new company clientele under a targeted timeline
  • Maintain and surge the performance of existing clientele base and continuously upsell the company\'s products & services to expand its participation & position in client\'s operations and strategic plans
  • Establish excellent rapport relationship with clients within various layers of the client\'s organization to gather maximum sales results
  • Manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction via attending to inquiries, complaints, issues and projects effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with Team Lead to identify, upsell or cross-sell opportunities where required
  • Target new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities
  • Preparation of all client presentations and proposals for Business Development projects or tenders
Job Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or its equivalent
  • 1 -3 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Experience in IT Solutions Sales, preferably in Telecom/Mobile Messaging industry is a plus
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills for business needs
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong passion in Sales with dynamic presentation skills
  • Results-Driven, Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Meticulous, Ethical, Responsible
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
