Job Description


:

  • Achieve corporate objectives consistently by effectively managing sales efforts.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, both existing and new, to drive business growth.
  • Identify and explore new markets to expand business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with highly qualified prospects in mid-sized companies.
  • Actively seek new sales leads, demonstrating strong hunter abilities and understanding of customer requirements.
  • Drive business acquisition and successfully close sales in key verticals, including Government, Transportation, Education, Hospitality, and B2B/B2C segments. Experience in IDC cloud data center related business is a plus.
  • Foster collaborative and strong partnership relations with existing customers, vendors/partners, and corporate business units.
  • Lead engagement efforts with partners to ensure effective customer solutions.
  • Engage with customers at all levels to build long-term business relationships.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree with 4-5 years of professional sales experience in the IT solutions/telecommunications industry or client relations/business development.
  • Demonstrated sales track record in relevant industries, particularly in enterprise networks (wired or wireless), IT Storage, and/or Network Security.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
  • Strong presentation skills, confidence, and results-driven approach with a high level of integrity.
  • Good IT knowledge background in enterprise networks, IT security, wired or wireless, or optical transmission related business preferred.
  • Self-starter with a strong motivation to achieve goals and continuously improve.
  • Outspoken, mature, resourceful, and aggressive individual committed to delivering excellent results.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading a sales team.
