Our Client, a Leading Real Estate Developer firm in Singapore is seeking for a Sales Consultant (Property).
Remuneration: $3k monthly, transport allowances and Sales commission / Incentive, plus other benefits.
Note: The role is an in-house Sales Consultant for Top Real Estate Developer in Singapore, thus, do not require Real Estate License and Orientation / Training will be provided.
It is a 5 day work weeks, and required to work on certain weekends.
Responsibilities:
- To meet established sales targets for both individual and on a team level based on KPI
- Attend to sales enquiries
- Handle sales administration
- Manage and execute all advertising and promotional events and programmes
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or other equivalent discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Preferably coming on with sales related experiences
- Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven
- Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong passion towards customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays whenever required for new projects
