Sales Consultant





Job Purpose


As our EVCo team continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our sales team and focus on Enterprise customers in Singapore. We seek exceptional talent that is eager and hungry to deliver their best. You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers as well as grow business within existing accounts.
You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide solutions. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams to help align business goals and to achieve sales target.
A sales performance driven role, meritocratic environment, attractive renumeration with high commission to reward high performers. This role reports to the Head of Sales.



Responsibilities

  • Grow and drive sales initiatives for the fleet accounts
  • Have in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts, understand and provide holistic solution and a strong value proposition to meet clients requirements
  • Building and funnelling of sales opportunities via face to face, written and tele-communication
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build good rapport with relevant stake holders
  • Provide timely reports to management on sales results, sales pipeline and account information
  • Maintain good aftersales service to customers to maintain retention
  • Update customer data sales activities in CRM system regularly to support future sales
  • Involved in showroom presentation duties
  • Delivery of vehicles to fleet customers



Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Minimum tertiary education with at least 2 years of working experience and a valid Class 3 license (preferred)
  • Preferably with B2B and B2C experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and sales presentation skills
  • Self-starter, able to work towards goals effectively with minimal supervision
  • Build strong rapport and maintain good relationship with clients (future and existing clients)
