Drive Dash Mobile Remittance and Prepaid SIM sales to achieve individual and team target monthly Educate customers on the benefits of Dash and Prepaid Engage customers to close sales and generate new leads To achieve organization objective by building customer confident in using our services Cultivate customer relationships and respond efficiently to their needs and ultimately translate them into overall business objectives Delight customers with good and excellent customer service Involve in after sales customer service for Dash and Prepaid customers Handle customer feedback efficiently and manage customer's expectations Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures Responsible for ensuring accurate information collection in the registration and transaction process Any other duties that are assigned by Supervisor from time to time Job Requirements Min 'N' Levels Min 1 year sales, retail or customer service experience Strong Selling communication skill Computer literate Lively, energetic and positive thinking individual Committed to deliver sales results Passion for customer service and ability to build rapport with customers Good working attitude and a team player Prepared to work retail hours and roadshows including weekends and public holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.
