To prepare, maintain, communication and coordinate diverse commercial administration in support of all sales activites.
Maintain, communication and coordinate internal online ordering platform. Support and communicate closely with other departments, maintaining records of sales data and promptly assist customer enquires
Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquires. informing customers of pricing and other contractual conditions within agreed guidelines
Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and take the decision when to escalate issues for approval/advice.
Regular direct contacts with customers requiring appropriate commercial sensitivity and communication style
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Experience working in MNC organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
Technologically savvy \xe2\x80\x93 proven experience as administrator of online ordering platform/ system, able to navigate backend settings and troubleshoot order variance.
Incumbent should be independent, resourceful, and proven ability in problem solving.
Entry Level if only they have proven experience as administrator or user of online ordering platform/ system.
Also able to consider candidates from customer service background who have experience working directly with Sales and Customers.
