Ensure export shipments are loaded as per instructions.
Ensure export shipments are hand over smoothly at destination.
Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions)
Provide customer service.
Work closely with Finance Department on billing matters.
Monitor delivery closely
Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC, Service team and suppliers
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in business administration, sales, customer service or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
