Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering exceptional service
Efficiently schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team
Assist in identifying potential leads and supporting sales efforts
Maintain accurate client records in our system
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach
Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times
Maintain proper inventory control
Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
