Sales Coordinator
Location: Boon Lay
5 Days Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm,
off on 1 weekday and Sunday
Up to $2600
Requirements
At least diploma in any field
Job scope
- Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
- Liaise with clients directly if there\'s delivery or stock issues
- Work with logistics for delivery arrangement
- Prepare packing list for warehouse
- Arrange to bring down pallet and update of pallet record
- Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
- Daily sales report submission
- Mailing invoices to clients
- Filing of invoices
- Preparing of sticker labelling
