About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations within a piping distribution company based in Woodlands. This is a permanent, full-time role with

regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

Process customer sales orders and prepare quotations accurately and promptly. Follow up on confirmed orders to ensure smooth progress and timely completion. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to support order fulfillment. Communicate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records and documentation in the system. Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical information, with training provided. Prepare simple sales reports and assist with inventory tracking when required. Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with internal coordination. Ensure all sales-related activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards. Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum O-Levels qualification. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous. Candidates without prior relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
