REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Must be confident & independent handling multiple task
Good command of spoken and written English.
2-3 years' experience in Customer service / Sales Coordinator
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

DUTIES:

Handles customer enquiries through emails (overseas customers) - able to handle lots of emails with customers and inter-companies
Coordinate with inter-companies / suppliers to arrange shipments.
Prepare quotations / proforma invoice / order confirmation.
Entering the orders into our in-house system
Other ad-hoc tasks relates to sales * Tel
