Jobs Responsibilities

• Perform sales / purchase order creation
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Customers in sales / purchase orders and shipment documentation
• Arrange import / export shipment
• Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Handle sales enquires through phones and emails

Job Requirement:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years & above of relevant experience
• Have knowledge in Incoterms
• Possess knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word)
• Possess organizational, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication skills
