Coordinate and process sales-related matters, including preparing Delivery Orders (DO) and sales invoices.
Engage with customers on quotations, invoices, and delivery coordination.
Handle B2B (corporate sales) transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Process incoming sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and proper tracking.
Liaise with a multinational team (including counterparts in Japan) to achieve business objectives while working independently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Requirements
Strong communication skills; adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or knowledge in the
semiconductor or electronic parts industry
is an advantage (related industries are acceptable).
Basic understanding of
supply chain and logistics
operations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking customers.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with
ERP systems
such as SAP -- preferred but not mandatory.
