Job Description

• Salary: $2,300 - $2,800
• Location: Genting Road - Geylang
• Working Day & Time: 5 Days work week; 8:45am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone and online customer enquiries and assist salesperson with sales quotations to customers.
• Data entry for customer purchase orders and generate invoices and delivery orders.
• Documentation support and follow-up for company online sales.
• Arrange home delivery liaise with customers and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation for statement of accounts, daily sales report and relevant paperwork for collections.
• Follow up on customer outstanding shipments and overdue invoices.
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
