At least an ITE/diploma in relevant discipline
At least 1-2 years of working experience
Must be bilingual in order to communicate effective with Chinese-speaking customers.
Must be a team player, meticulous and eye for details
Positive attitude and keen to learn
Responsible and reliable person
Knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP, would be an advantage
Handling customer orders into the ERP system in a timely manner
Process sales order creation and prepare acknowledgement to customer orders
Establish communication with internal team in Europe on order fulfillment & delivery arrangement
Assist in the preparation of both local & oversea customer\'s quotation
Liaise with the Finance department & Sales team on the collection of payment.
Prepare other duties as assigned by the supervisor
