Key Responsibilities
To assist the Business Development team as their Sales Support
To work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, seafreight, cross-border trucking and 3rd part freight enquires
To source rates with Airlines & Overseas Agents and overseas local handling charges
To handle daily shipping co-ordination of Air/ Sea/ Cross Border Land/ 3rd party shipments
To liaise with various parties when handling shipments (e.g: Export/ Import Dept)
To handle daily billing advice, recoveries paperwork and circulation of forms

Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
At least 1 year of related experience in Sales Admin preferred. Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
