Responsibilities:

• Processing customers\' purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensure orders are scheduled and ship out on time.
• To coordinate import and export shipment
• Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.
• Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.
• Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports, sales figure updates and any additional requests.
• Use of Excel (E.g.: Pivot Table / VLOOKUP) for data analysis and research.
