• Processing quotation, purchase order, packing list, delivery order, tax invoice.
• Liaise with vendors and arranging of delivery with forwarders.
• Sales order entries
• Generate of sales report
• Follow up with customer on outstanding payment.
• Assist Sales Manager on business calling, setting up appointment, sales presentation, tender submission, etc
• Experience in mechanical engineering environment preferred
• Any other duties as assigned by sales manager
