Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support day-to-day sales operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing sales quotations, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information. Prepare and process sales quotations and related documentation. Maintain high standards of customer service and foster strong client relationships. Negotiate with and coordinate orders from suppliers. Source products from online platforms or alternative suppliers if items are not in stock. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and returns.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of sales support or coordination experience. Experience in the marine supplies or home electrical appliance sector is advantageous. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Proficient in sourcing products from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, 1688, or similar.
