Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.
Processing customers\' purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensure orders are scheduled and ship out on time.
To coordinate with shipping team on import and export shipment matters.
Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.
Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.
Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports, sales figure updates and any additional requests.
To undertake related duties as and when necessary.
Coordinates with Sales Team, Supply chain, Marketing, Finance and Product Development.
Requirements:
With 2 years\' experience as sales coordinator.
Strong proficiency in Excel (E.g.: Pivot Table / VLOOKUP) for data analysis and research.
Knowledge in SAP will be advantage.
