Job Summary:

• Salary details: up to $3,800 depend on experience
• Working Days and Hours : Mondays to Fridays : 8.30am to 6pm
• Location of work : Loyang (5 bus stop from Pasir Ris MRT)
• Key Company Benefits : AWS, 2 months variable bonus and statutory benefit

Job Scope:

• Issue quotations, acknowledge customer purchase orders and send invoices
• Ensure customers\' orders are processed promptly and accurately
• Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
• Respond customer queries and expedite requests
• Ensure delivery and customer requirements are met
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business or Engineering
• no experience is required, but those with experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage
