Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
Liaise and coordinate with Operation department to expedite smooth and on time delivery.
Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalating complex problems to superior.
Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotations deadline.
Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval.
Generic Job Requirements
Diploma in Business or Engineering.
Experience in similar or related industry will be an advantage.
Computer literacy, strong excel file is required (as we are doing mainly in workfile)
Carries out administrative duties with attention to detail, professional in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem solving and result oriented
Team Player with flexible working approach, open-minded thinking and entrepreneur mindset
Able to work with multinational (International) customers/ suppliers etc
Experienced Sales coordinator in piping materials (min 2 years)
