Sales Coordinator (project Team)

Job Description




Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team. Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documents. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor project schedules, track order status, and follow up on outstanding issues. Assist in preparing project reports, costing summaries, and documentation for management review. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order progress. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, correspondence, and project files. Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Sales Manager. Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty



Requirement


At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, project administration, or customer service. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Able to work independently
