Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative support including liaison with clients, vendors, procurement and other engineering functions to ensure provision of seamless after-sales services to clients while meeting own quality standards and clients\' requirements
• To prepare quotation, purchase requisition, invoice and technical proposal for spare parts and services.
• Handle and management after sale services data.
• Effectively resolved client queries on commercial terms and concerns to meet the delivery data.
• Ensuring all spare parts delivered timely.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Minimum 2 years relevant experiences.
