• Accountable for providing administrative support, which involves facilitating communication between clients, vendors, procurement, and other engineering functions to ensure the seamless provision of after-sales services while adhering to both internal quality standards and client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, purchase requisitions, invoices, and technical proposals for spare parts and services.
• Manage and maintain after-sales service data.
• Successfully address client inquiries regarding commercial terms and concerns to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of all spare parts.
• Willing travel to middle east country

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Minimum 2 years relevant experiences, no experience welcome.
