Job Description

• Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered promptly with satisfaction
• Work with customers on product enquiries, delivery status and other paper works
• Act as Customer Service officer and respond to all customer enquiries & feedback promptly (training will be provided)
• Administrative duties
• Assist with walk in customer in sales gallery when needed.
